Ducks Unlimited is the world’s leader in wetlands and waterfowl conservation. Through largely volunteer efforts, DU local chapters have raised funds to conserve over 732,000 acres of vital wildlife habitat in California. DU members perform and support conservation work throughout the Pacific Flyway, working with local, state and federal legislators to promote and support our mission: wetlands conservation.

At least 80 cents out of every dollar raised by Ducks Unlimited goes back into on-the-ground conservation projects.

The primary method that Contra Costa County Ducks Unlimited (CoCoDucks) raises funds to support DU is through our annual Spring Banquet. This fun-filled event will take place on May 9, 2015 at the Walnut Creek’s Elks Lodge where we will join with other outdoor enthusiasts, local business owners and those interested in preserving our wildlife areas for dinner, raffles and games along with silent and live auctions of artwork, outdoor gear, guns and more.
